Posts are how you share content with your community and keep fans engaged. You can post text, images, video, or a product.
How to create one
In Single, click Posts in the left sidebar.
Click + Create Post.
Choose a post type:
Text. A written update.
Images. Drag and drop image files, or click to upload.
Video. Choose Browse Library for an existing video, or Upload New. Files must be .MOV, .MP4, or .MPG, under 50GB, and under 12 hours.
Product. Search your Shopify inventory to feature a product. You can choose to share the product to your feed or make it exclusive to members.
Draft your post
Set up the details:
Title. Add a post title.
Body. Write your post. HTML formatting is allowed.
Author. Search for an author or create a new one. You can add more than one.
Tags. Search for or create tags to organize content and help fans find it.
Call to action (optional). Add a link and button text to send members to a specific page.
Comments. Turn comments on or off for the post.
Set who sees it and notifications
Access. Choose specific tiers or all tiers.
Email notification. Turn this on to email members who've opted in when the post goes live.
Pro tip: Brand your emails! You can customize notification emails in Settings → Notifications with your logo and colors.
Publish
Review your post, then click Publish Now or Schedule for Later.
Need to unpublish? Click Archive Post to take it down. This removes access for all members.
