How it works
When a customer purchases music, unlocks content, or signs up for a fan club membership powered by Single, they interact with two key Shopify pages:
Thank you page
Order status page
By adding Single app blocks to these pages, your customers get:
Immediate confirmation of what they purchased
Quick access to stream, download, or log in right from the page
No waiting for an email to start listening
For example, if someone buys a digital album, they'll see streaming and download links on the thank you page right after checkout. If they join a fan club, they'll get access to log in immediately.

Step by step
1. Open the Shopify theme editor
Sign in to your Shopify admin
Go to Settings > Checkout
Click Customize
2. Add Single to your Thank You page
Under Checkout, click Thank you
Click Sections in the top left sidebar
Click + Add app block
Select Confirmation Page Links
Click Save
3. Add Single to your Order Status page
Navigate to Order Status in the main menu
Click Sections
Click + Add app block
Select Confirmation Page Links
Click Save
4. Publish your changes
Click Publish
That's it. Takes less than 2 minutes. Fans will see streaming and download access on both pages the next time someone checks out.
