How to set up a membership fans buy once, with no renewals.
A one-time payment membership is a membership a fan buys once. It never renews and never expires.
How to create it
In Single, go to Community.
Click + Create Community, or open an existing one.
Click Add Tier and select the paid option.
Upload a tier image, then enter a tier name and an optional description.
Under Terms, set Renewing to No, then enter the Price. A term is one pricing option inside a tier.
Click Add Tier to save, then Publish.
Note: Renewing locks as soon as you save, and a published tier's name, term, and price can't be changed after that. If you need a different setup, add a new tier. A tier can hold only one One Time Purchase term.

Common questions
How am I billed for one-time members?
Even though the fan pays once, you're billed monthly for as long as the member is active: 15% of what they paid, with a $0.15 minimum and $1.50 maximum per member per month. Charges appear under Memberships on your Usage & Billing page.
How does it show on my storefront?
On product pages and at checkout, the term is labeled One Time Purchase, and the price shows on its own, without "per month" or "per year" after it.
When do fans get access?
The moment checkout finishes. Gated content (members-only posts, videos, and products) unlocks right away.
Can one-time members upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Not from their account page. Those controls and the payment method card are hidden, though their receipt and shipping address still show. You can cancel a member from your member list.
Do one-time memberships expire?
No. Access stays until you cancel the member or archive the tier. Archiving cancels every member on the tier immediately. See Archiving Memberships, Tiers, or Terms.
Can I ship monthly perks to one-time members?
Not currently. The scheduled shipment perks (At Renewal, Monthly Recurring, and Specific Month) all run on renewal cycles, and one-time memberships don't have any. Gated content, member-only merch, and discount codes work normally.
