Automated product perks allow you to send Shopify products to your members without manual intervention. You can set these up for physical or digital products and customize when they're delivered.

Step by step
Sign in to your Single account
In the left sidebar, click Memberships
Select the membership you want to add perks to
Click Perks
Under the tier you want to add perks to, find the Automated Product Perk section
Click + Select Products from your Shopify inventory.
Choose when to deliver the product:
At Sign Up: Deliver when a member joins
Monthly Recurring: Deliver every month
Specific Month: Deliver in a chosen month
Select a product from your Shopify inventory
Click Save
To add more products, repeat steps 6-9.
Note: This feature does not support product variants.
How it works
For physical Shopify products:
Single automatically creates orders for members based on the delivery trigger you set.
As the store admin, you are responsible for shipping out the order and marking it as "fulfilled" in Shopify.
Delivery timing
At Sign Up: Order created when a member joins
Monthly Recurring or Specific Month: Order created on the member's renewal date in the chosen month
Note: If you add a perk mid-month, members who have already renewed that month won't receive it.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can set for automated delivery?
No limit exists on the number of products you can set up for automated delivery.
What happens if a product is out of stock when a customer purchases a membership?
The out-of-stock product won't be added to their cart, but the customer can still complete their membership purchase.
Can members choose which products they receive automatically?
No, product perks are predetermined for each tier. However, you can offer different tier options with various perk combinations.
How are customers notified about their automatic deliveries?
Customers receive an automatic email notification when their product is shipped or available for download, depending on the product type.
