Enabling and Disabling Comments
When creating or editing a post, you'll see an option to toggle comments on or off. This allows you to control which posts are open for discussion.
To enable comments: Toggle the "Allow Comments" switch to the on position.
To disable comments: Toggle the "Allow Comments" switch to the off position.
Note: Only members with access to a post can see and leave comments on that post.
Managing Existing Comments
You can manage comments on your posts in two ways:
In your store:
Navigate to the post on your store
Find the comment you want to manage
Click the "..." menu next to the comment
Select "Archive"
In Single:
Open the post in Single
Scroll to the comments section
Locate the comment you want to manage
Click "Archive" next to the comment
Note: Archiving a comment doesn't permanently delete it; instead, it obscures the commenter's name and text, indicating that it's been removed.

Regularly engage with your commenters to foster community
Set clear community guidelines for respectful discussion
Be consistent in your moderation to maintain a positive environment
