š Before you start: Make sure you have enabled the required Shopify customer account settings in your store before launching.
How to create it
In Single, click Community in the left-hand sidebar.
Click + Create Community.
Enter a name for your community, set your launch date, and click Save and Continue.
Click Add Tier and choose the Free option.
Upload a tier image. Drag and drop, or click to upload. Files must be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png and under 20MB.

Optional Customizations
While setting up the tier, you can also:
Welcome Notifications: Customize the welcome emails, button labels, and signup messages fans see when they join. Leave them blank to use Singleās default messaging.
Digital Club Cards: Turn on Wallet Passes to give your members a collectible, scannable card for their phone's digital wallet.
Advanced Options: Apply automatic Shopify customer tags based on the tier, set a member limit, or require a Terms & Conditions opt-in at signup.
Common questions
What size can my tier image be?
It must be a .jpg, .jpeg, or .png under 20MB.
Can I edit the tier after publishing?
A tier's name, term, and price can't be edited once published. Other settings, like the image, description, and perks, can be changed. Since a free tier has no price or term, only the name is locked.
