A digital club card is a collectible card members can add to their Apple or Google Wallet. You design the card per tier, and you choose whether to promote it to members from your community settings.
Design your card
You set up the card when you create or edit a tier, so each tier can have its own.
In Single, open your community and go to Tiers.
Open the tier you want to edit.
Under Digital Club Card, turn on Wallet Passes, then set:
Icon, Logo, and Hero Image. The artwork on the card. Use .jpg, .jpeg, or .png under 20MB.
Background Color and Label / Text colors. The card's look.
Display Community Date. Show or hide the member-since date.
To reuse a design, use Clone from Tier to copy it from another tier.
Promote the card to members
The card is designed at the tier level, but whether members are prompted to download it is a single switch for your whole community.
Go to Community → Settings.
Under Community card, choose:
Promote Card. Members with a pass see a card with a QR code to download it.
Don't Promote. The download-pass card is hidden in your community.
Click Save Settings.
Common questions
Where do I design what the card looks like?
Per tier, under Tiers → Digital Club Card. The community settings toggle only promotes the card or hides it; it doesn't hold the design.
Why aren't members seeing the card to download?
Check both places: Promote Card is selected in Community → Settings, and Wallet Passes is turned on for the tier under Tiers → Digital Club Card. Both need to be on.
