Learn how to see information about your members and manage their memberships
Once your community is live, the Member List is where you view members and manage their subscriptions.
Where to find it
Go to your community and click Members. You'll see your active members and key details about their subscriptions. Search for a member and click them for more detail.
What you can see
A member's info covers everything you need to manage their subscription:
Status – Where the subscription stands: Active, Pending Change, or Cancelled.
Next Billing Date – When the member will next be billed.
Term – The member's current term, or how often they're billed.
What you can do
From a member's profile, you can:
Upgrade or downgrade their tier to move a member to different tier manually.
Cancel their membership.
View their change history. See past upgrades, downgrades, and other changes.
Tip: When you upgrade or downgrade, use Immediate Update to choose whether the change happens right away or at their next renewal.
