Wallet Passes let fans save a digital pass to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When used with Promotions, fans can present this pass at your atVenu-powered merch booth to redeem their offer. Each tier allows you to fully customize how the pass looks. Below is a guide to each setting.
1. Navigate to Tier Setup
Log into your Single account.
Click Community in the left sidebar.
Create a new tier or open an existing one.
Scroll to the Wallet Pass Design section.
2. Enable Wallet Passes
Wallet Passes are optional. To turn them on:
Find the toggle labeled Enable Wallet Passes?
Select Yes.
Once enabled, all design customization options will appear.
3. Upload Pass Images
You can customize the look of your pass by adding three images:
Icon – Small symbol shown on the pass
Logo – Your main branding at the top
Hero Image – Large background image
All images must be .jpg, .jpeg, or .png and under 20MB.
To upload, drag and drop a file into each box or click to browse your device.
4. Adjust Display Options
Display Membership Date
Toggle this On to show when the fan joined the tier.
Color Settings (RGB)
Customize the pass colors using RGB values:
Background Color – Main pass background
Labels – Label text color
Text – Primary text color
Enter values such as rgb(200, 200, 200) or use your system’s color selector.
5. Preview Your Pass
Use the built-in preview to see how your pass will look on different devices:

Android
The preview updates instantly as you adjust images, colors, and settings.
6. Save Your Wallet Pass Settings
When you're satisfied with the design:
Review the preview.
Click Save on your tier setup page.
Your Wallet Pass is now ready. Fans who join this tier will be able to download and save their pass — and use it to redeem promotions at your merch booth.
