How it works
Once Single Support creates an endpoint, you will use an SFTP client (like FileZilla) to send files directly to your Single account. These will be saved as drafts in Single until you publish them to your Shopify store.
Before you start
Reach out to Single support with:
Your .myshopify.com URL
Your public key file (run `cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub` on your computer and send Single the full output)
Download FileZilla (or other SFTP client)
Steps
Contact Single support with the required info above, we will provide login credentials
Connect to the SFTP server with your credentials (URL, alias and private key file)
Upload your files by dragging them from your local folder into the remote directory shown in FileZilla
Check your Single account to confirm the video files are processing
